Today was a major gym day for me. I haven’t been working out as much as I used to but decided it was time I get back into it. As ya know, I luve junk food and ice cream, so if I’m gonna’ keep my shape up for ya it’s time to hit the gym hard! A lot of ya ask what I do to stay in shape but I guess it’s the average stuff. At least twice a week I workout with light free weights, to keep my self toned. I don’t wanna have those flabby arms that keep waving long after ya’ve said outstanding-bye to someone! Then I’ll do some cardio like running on the treadmill or I’ll take a kickboxing class if I’m feeling feisty! I recently took a hip-hop aerobics class and that was SOOO much fun! ya do all these really cool dance moves to pumpin’ hip-hop tunes so it’s like being at a club and working out at the same time. Since I luve to dance it makes going to the gym a blast. So those are my usual routines. In honor of posting about my fitness schedule, I’ve included some photos of me at the gym and in my workout clothes so I hope ya love them!
