Today was a major gym day for me.  I haven’t been working out as much as I used to but decided it was time I get back into it.  As ya know, I luve junk food and ice cream, so if I’m gonna’ keep my shape up for ya it’s time to hit the gym hard!  A lot of ya ask what I do to stay in shape but I guess it’s the average stuff.  At least twice a week I workout with light free weights, to keep my self toned.  I don’t wanna have those flabby arms that keep waving long after ya’ve said outstanding-bye to someone!
